PSA compresses atmospheric air through a compressor and transfers it to an Absorption Tank filled with CMS (Carbon Molecular Sieve: Oxygen Adsorbent). High-purity nitrogen gas is supplied by separating nitrogen and oxygen through repeated pressure changes and adsorption/desorption in the tank while passing compressed air.
